It works best with two people: one person holds the inner bag open while the other evenly fills it with polystyrene beads (EPS filling). This keeps everything clean and gets the job done quickly.

Universally compatible inner bag for bean bags

The chillisy bean bag inner bag is suitable for almost all standard bean bags. The only requirement is that the bean bag cover has an opening on the narrow side measuring at least 50% of the side length—regardless of whether it has a zipper or hook-and-loop fastening.

Through this opening, the inner bag can easily be:

  • inserted into the bean bag
  • removed again
  • or replaced

Ideal when the bean bag cover needs to be washed or changed.

Step-by-step care:

1. Pre-cleaning: Remove loose dirt and dust with a brush.

2. Washing (cover): Remove the cover, take out the inner cushion, and wash the cover in the washing machine on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 40°C.

3. Cleaning (fabric): For stains or general soiling, use mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents.

4. Drying: Allow the cover to air dry completely before using it again.

5. Waterproofing (optional, but recommended): Spray the dried fabric with chillisy Protector, a special textile waterproofing spray, to refresh and protect its water-repellent properties.

  • No harsh cleaners: Never use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the fabric.
