DHL shipping

Our products are shipped reliably with our logistics partners DHL and Swiss Post:

• DHL – for international deliveries worldwide
• Swiss Post – for deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein

Unless otherwise indicated for the respective product, our production and processing time is generally 7–10 business days from receipt of payment. Your order is then handed over to our respective logistics partner.

Shipping costs

Within Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over €100.

DHL transit times:

For deliveries outside Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over €1,000.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA – customs duties included

For orders delivered to the United States, we cover the applicable US import duties for you.

Your order will be shipped with DHL International. The import duties covered by us are already included in our special sales prices applicable to the USA.

You will not incur any additional customs fees upon import or delivery.

US Orders: Customs Duties Included – no additional customs duties upon delivery.

Any local taxes that may apply, particularly US Sales Tax, are independent of this and are determined by the applicable statutory regulations.

Information on shipping to non-EU member states

The following information does not apply to deliveries to the USA, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein, for which separate shipping and customs regulations apply.

For deliveries to other non-EU countries, invoices are generally issued without Austrian VAT, provided the statutory requirements for a tax-exempt export delivery are met.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import VAT, and other government or customs-related fees may be charged upon import. These are levied by the destination country or the responsible service provider and must be paid by the recipient.

This also generally applies to any potential duties and costs associated with returns from non-EU countries.

Delivery time

The production and processing time for our items is usually 7–10 business days from receipt of payment, unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product.

As many of our products are made individually for you, production times may be longer, particularly during the peak season. If you have any questions about the current delivery time, we are always happy to assist you.

Freight-forwarded and bulky goods

Due to their size or weight, some of our products are shipped as bulky goods or by freight forwarder. Additional shipping costs may apply. If additional costs arise, they will be shown accordingly during the ordering process or on the invoice.

Information about your delivery

The delivery time applicable to your order is displayed in the online shop and confirmed again with your order confirmation.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with all relevant information about your delivery.

Delays

If an item is temporarily unavailable or the stated production or delivery time is delayed, we will of course inform you by email.

Partial deliveries

If the completion of individual items in an order is delayed, we may ship the items that are already available in advance as a partial delivery. We will inform you by email if your delivery is split.

Our logistics partners

Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged and handed over to our respective logistics partner, DHL or Swiss Post.

Please note that we have no direct influence over delays caused by the respective transport service provider or customs authorities after the shipment has been handed over.

Shipment tracking

After dispatch, you will receive—provided this is available for the selected shipping method—a tracking number with tracking link. You can use it to track the current status of your delivery online at any time.
