Genuine Manufacturing Quality – from the Fabric Roll to the Finished Product

All chillisy® products are manufactured in Germany and shipped directly from here to our customers worldwide – as single items, in small quantities, or for larger projects.

In our warehouse, we keep the full range of our high-quality outdoor fabrics and colors readily available. This allows us to produce flexibly and on demand, instead of manufacturing large quantities in advance.

Only when an order is received does the careful production of the desired product begin. This results in an exceptionally versatile assortment with numerous colors, sizes, and shapes. We can also flexibly implement individual custom orders in this way.

This on-demand production enables us to handle materials consciously and combines sustainability with true freedom of choice.

High-Quality and Tested Materials

For our products, we use carefully selected materials suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor use.

All materials used are tested according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and are free of harmful substances. They form the basis for durable, high-quality, and pleasant-to-use products that our customers should enjoy for many years.

Short Distances under One Roof

At chillisy®, storage and manufacturing are located right next to each other.

The fabrics are in the chillisy® warehouse. Just one door away, they are cut, carefully sewn, and processed into a finished chillisy® product. Afterward, the cushions, bean bags, water hammocks, swim noodles, etc. are filled, inspected, packed, and shipped directly to our customers.

This keeps the distances particularly short from the first cut to the finished product: from the cutting table to the sewing table to the packing table. Every work step takes place in close proximity and can be carefully monitored and controlled.

Manufactured for You and Shipped Directly

Many of our cushions are sewn individually for you only after an order is received.

This means: Your chillisy® product is not transported through multiple intermediate warehouses and re-packaged repeatedly. It enters a shipping box exactly once during its entire journey – and that is the box in which it is delivered directly to your home.
