Formation of the contract
Contracts on this website can only be concluded in German.
You submit a binding offer to the chillisy® online shop when you have completed the online ordering process by entering the required information and clicking the "Submit Order" button in step 5. After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but merely serves to inform you that we have received your order.
The contract only comes into effect upon dispatch of the goods you ordered.

Storage of the contract text
Your order details are stored by us. If you would like a printed copy, you can print the "Order Confirmation." This will appear on your screen after you submit your order. If you have provided us with your email address, you will also receive all relevant order details by email, which can also be printed.
Return policy
You can return the received goods within two weeks without giving any reason by sending them back. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g., bulky goods) can you also declare the return by submitting a written request for return. Timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return shipment is at our expense and risk. Return consequences
In the event of a valid return, both parties must return any goods or services received and any benefits derived from their use (e.g., usage advantages). Compensation may be claimed for any deterioration of the goods. This does not apply if the deterioration is solely due to handling the goods in a manner that would have been possible in a retail store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using them as if they were your own property and by refraining from any actions that impair their value. Refunds must be processed within 30 days. This period begins for you when you send the goods or the return request, and for us upon receipt.

Prices and delivery, payment options
All prices are in EURO, include the statutory VAT of 20%, and are subject to additional shipping costs. The price valid at the time of ordering applies.
Delivery is only available within Germany. We will inform you about our delivery time during the ordering process. If the stated delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you by email.

Shipping costs
You typically pay a flat shipping fee of €6.90 for orders up to €100.00. This fee only partially covers the costs of postage/freight and packaging; the rest is covered by the chillisy® online shop. In exceptional cases, we may need to charge a higher fee. This will be clearly indicated. Should your order need to be shipped in multiple stages for technical or logistical reasons, you will, of course, only be charged the shipping fee once.
Warranty
Should delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please notify us of such defects immediately. Failure to do so, however, will not affect your statutory rights. For all defects in the purchased goods that occur during the statutory warranty period of two years, you are entitled to your statutory rights.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of chillisy® Online Shop until full payment is received.
Payment, due date, payment default
Payment for goods can be made by bank transfer, invoice, credit card, or PayPal. chillisy® Online Shop reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods or require prepayment in individual cases.
Payment by sending cash or checks is unfortunately not possible. We accept no liability for loss.
For payments via direct debit, the amount will be debited immediately after the invoice date. For payments via credit card, the amount will be debited upon completion of the order. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.
