Conclusion of the contract
Contracts on this website can only be concluded in German.

You submit a binding offer to the chillisy® Online Shop when you complete the online ordering process by entering the requested information and click the "Submit order" button in step 5. After you submit your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer; it is intended only to inform you that we have received your order.

The contract is concluded only when the goods you ordered are dispatched to you.

Storage of the contract text
Your order details are stored at our premises. If you would like a printed copy, you can print out the "order confirmation". It appears on your screen after you submit your order. If you have provided us with your email address, you will also receive all relevant details of your order by email, which can also be printed.

Right of return
You may return the goods you have received within two weeks by sending them back, without giving any reason.

The period begins after you have received this notice in text form (e.g. by letter, fax or email), but not before receipt of the goods. Only in the case of goods that cannot be shipped as parcels (e.g. bulky goods) may you also declare your return by submitting a request for collection in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods or the collection request in good time.

Return costs

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned complete and carefully packaged.

Return consequences
In the event of a valid return, both parties must return the benefits received and, where applicable, surrender any benefits derived (e.g. benefits from use). If the goods have deteriorated, compensation for their diminished value may be required. This does not apply if the deterioration is solely attributable to inspecting the goods, as you would have been able to do in a store. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for diminished value resulting from putting the item to its intended use by not using the goods as if they were your own and refraining from anything that could reduce their value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. For you, the period begins when you send the goods or your return request; for us, it begins when we receive them.

End of return policy
All documents that may be helpful when returning an item are included with the delivery note in your shipment. If you have any questions about your right to return, please contact us.

Prices and delivery, payment methods
All prices are in EURO, include statutory VAT at a rate of 20%, and are exclusive of shipping costs. The price applicable at the time of ordering applies.

We deliver only within Germany. We will inform you of the delivery time during the ordering process. If we cannot meet the delivery time stated there, we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs
You generally pay a flat shipping fee of € 6,90 for orders up to € 100,00. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage/freight and packaging; the chillisy® Online Shop pays the rest. In exceptional cases, such as for bulky goods, we have to charge a higher flat fee. This will be shown accordingly. If, for technical or logistical reasons, your order is shipped in multiple stages, we will of course charge the shipping contribution only once.

Warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights. For any defects in the purchased item that arise during the statutory 2-year warranty period, you are entitled to the statutory remedies of your choice.

Liability after delivery

Please note that responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer once it has been properly handed over to the recipient or a person authorized by them to accept it.

If DHL tracking shows a shipment as delivered, this shall serve as proof of delivery for the purposes of the shipping review. 

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of chillisy® Online Shop until paid for in full.

Payment, due date, late payment
Goods may be paid for by bank transfer, on invoice, by credit card, or via PayPal. chillisy® Online Shop reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or require advance payment.

Unfortunately, payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We accept no liability for loss.

For payment by direct debit, the amount will be debited immediately after the invoice date. For payment by credit card, the amount will be debited when the order is completed. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.
