Cooling off period & returns

Time to think it over

For orders placed with chillisy®, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the order. Within this period, you may inspect and evaluate the item and return it undamaged and, most importantly, unused and in its original packaging , as pillows are hygiene products .

Please understand that pillows that have already been used cannot be returned.

The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. The packaging may be opened.

Product damaged

Please check immediately upon receipt of your shipment to ensure your order is undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us.
