For all chillisy® products, we offer a 5-year premium guarantee against material and manufacturing defects when used properly.

What does "normal use" mean?

Our premium guarantee applies to the proper and intended use of our products.

This includes, in particular:

  • Use according to the intended purpose.
  • Outdoor products should be dried after use and then stored dry.
  • During longer periods of bad weather, we recommend protected and dry storage.
  • Our materials are water-repellent and durable. Like all high-quality outdoor textiles, they should be allowed to dry completely after heavy rain.
  • The high-quality EPS filling of our beanbags is elastic and can slightly lose volume over the years with intensive use. It can be easily refilled at any time.
  • Avoid damage from sharp objects such as knives, scissors, nails, robotic lawnmowers, or similar influences.
  • Please do not carry out any repairs yourself. Contact us in case of damage – we will find the best solution together.

Should something happen

Even after the guarantee expires, we won't leave you alone.

In many cases, we can professionally repair your product, make a replacement cover, or supply individual spare parts. Our goal is for you to enjoy your chillisy® product for as many years as possible.
