Conclusion of the contract
Contracts on this website can only be concluded in German.

You make a binding offer to chillisy® Online Shop when you have completed the online ordering process by entering the information requested there and click the "Submit order" button in step 5. After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and listing its details (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.

The contract is only concluded when the goods you ordered are sent to you.

Storage of the contract text
Your order details are stored in our company. If you would like to receive them in printed form, you can print out the "order confirmation". This will appear on your screen after you have sent the order. If you have given us your email address, you will also receive all relevant information about your order by email, which can also be printed out.

refund policy
You can return the goods received within two weeks without giving any reason by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel (e.g. bulky goods) can you declare the return by requesting return in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in good time. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk. The return or return request must be sent to:

Return consequences
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. benefits of use) must be surrendered. If the goods deteriorate, compensation can be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the goods as if they were your own property and refraining from doing anything that impairs their value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins when the goods are dispatched or the return request is made, and for us when they are received.

Prices and delivery, payment options
All prices are in EURO, include VAT at 20% and are exclusive of shipping costs. The price at the time of the order applies.

Delivery is only possible within Germany. We will inform you about our delivery time during the ordering process. If the delivery time stated there cannot be met, we will inform you by email.

Shipping
As a rule, you pay a flat shipping fee of €4.95 for orders up to the value of €50.00. This only partially covers the costs for postage/freight and packaging; the chillisy® online shop covers the rest. In exceptional cases, we have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be shown accordingly. If, for technical or logistical reasons, shipping takes place in several stages, we will of course only charge the shipping fee once.

Warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately. Failure to do so will not affect your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period of 2 years, the statutory claims apply at your discretion.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of chillisy® Online Shop until full payment has been made.

Payment, due date, late payment
Payment for the goods can be made either by direct debit, invoice, credit card or Paypal. chillisy® Online Shop reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or to use the payment method prepayment.

Unfortunately, payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We accept no liability in case of loss.

If you pay by direct debit, the debit will be made immediately after the invoice date. If you pay by credit card, the debit will be made when the order is completed. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.
