Cooling off period & returns

For your orders from chillisy®, there is a 30-day cooling-off period from the time the order is in your possession. Within this period, you can look at the item, assess it and return it undamaged and, most importantly, unused, as pillows are hygiene products. Please understand that pillows that have already been used cannot be returned.

The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. The packaging may be opened.

Product damaged

Please check immediately after receiving the shipment whether your order has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us.
